Flower Remedies for Anxiety

  1. To make an extraction, boil 20 to 30 grams of lavender flowers in a liter of water for a few minutes.

  1. Place 25 grams of linden tree flowers into a liter of boiling water.

  2. Let it steep for about 10 minutes

Linden tree flower baths are also effective flower remedies for anxiety and to help calm agitated children.

  1. Make a linden tree flower decoction by boiling 500 grams of flowers and leaves in 2 liters of water for about 25 minutes.

  2. Filter the decoction and add to your child's bath water.

Orange flowers

 

Orange flowers is great in helping those suffering from nervousness, insomnia, anxiety, migraines and hysteria.  In fact, it is a really good idea to keep some orange flower water in the home in case of any crisis situation.
