Herbal Remedies for Chickenpox

Chickenpox, which is caused by the varicella-zoster virus in the herpes family, tends to occur in children more often than adults and are characterized by rashes which will soon turn into a crop of spots that blister and can lead to scabs hence not the prettiest disease around. The rashes are often accompanied by mild fever and spots are commonly found on the scalp, face and body which can be very irritating.  Children have to be controlled and taught never to scratch the scabs as doing so can lead to scars.
