Herbal Remedies for High Blood Pressure or Hypertension

High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is often called the silent killer as you may be suffering from it for years and do not even know you have it. The worst thing is that during this whole period you are at risk of hardening of arteries, heart attack, stroke, kidney damage and other serious health issues.

Although homeopathy is an effective natural treatment for high blood pressure, especially as far as prevention is concerned, besides using homeopathic medicines for severe cases, it is to your benefit to use herbal remedies which includes diuretics and herbs to help you relax, both of which can effectively help to reduce blood pressure in the long run.
