Eliminate smoking

Lard or celandine ointment

Starch water


Bathing the psoriasis affected areas in starch water can greatly help to alleviate itching.

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of corn starch to bath water, mix well and then place affected parts of the body in the starch water.
