Juicing Recipes for Back Pain

Apple,  Guava, Oats, Chilli and Turmeric Juice

 

The curcumin in turmeric is antioxdant and anti-inflammatory while guava is full of vitamin C which is helpful in strengthening immune system as well as reducing inflammation.  Chilli is effective in helping to deplete substance P in our sensory nerves.  The mucopolysaccharides compound in oats is effective in increasing the lubricating fluids in bone joints thereby helping to reduce wear and tear.

 

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup water

1 green apple

1 guava, peeled

1 serrano chilli

1 inch piece fresh turmeric

 

Soak oats in water for about 15 minutes.  Extract the liquid out by straining and squeezing the oats.  Throw away the oats but keep the liquid.  Place the remaining ingredients through a juice extractor, add the oats liquid and stir well before drinking.
