Juicing Recipes for Bladder Infection or Cystitis

Apple and Cranberry Juice

Cranberries is very good at keeping the onset of bladder infection at bay as well as to minimize its severity.  However, as cranberries are rather tart in their flavour, apples are included to add some sweetness to the juice.


160 ml apple juice

75 grams fresh cranberries or thawed frozen cranberries


Combine both cranberries and apple juice in a blender and blend till smooth.  Strain the fruit juice into a glass and stir well before drinking.
