Garlic,  Alfalfa Sprouts and Pear Heart Tonic

1 clove garlic

20 grams alfalfa sprouts

1 pears, chopped

teaspoon wheat germ oil

 

Process the garlic, alfalfa sprouts and pears in a juice extractor.  Whisk in the wheat germ oil then stir well before drinking.
