Spicy Corn, Bok Choy and Apple Juice
The spicy cayenne adds a slight kick to this juicing recipe and acts as a great tonic for sluggish circulation. Cayenne is also effective in helping with chilblains. The folate in bok choy is helpful in forming all cells, including blood cells. The vitamin E in the corn is needed for the circulatory system.
125 grams fresh or thawed frozen corn kernels 6 medium bok choy (choy sum), chopped 1 medium apple, chopped ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Process the corn first in a juice extractor, followed by bok choy and apple. Whisk in the cayenne pepper then stir well before drinking.
