Juicing Recipes for Cramp

Celery Root,  Apple, Lemon and Broccoli Juice


Both broccoli and celery root contain calcium and magnesium nutrients which are effective in prevention of leg cramps.  Lemon containing Vitamin C is added to prevent discoloration of the celery root juice while apple is added to lighten the flavor.

250 grams celery root, peeled and chopped

1 medium apple, chopped with core and seeds removed

lemon, peeled and chopped

250 grams broccoli, chopped


First process the celery root in a juice extractor, then process the apple, next the lemon and lastly the broccoli.  Stir well before drinking.
