Juicing Recipes for Digestive Problems

Tangerines,  Grapefruit, Lemon and Papaya Juice

1 grapefruit


1 papaya, peeled and cut into large segments


Peel or remove the citrus fruits (tangerines, grapefruit and lemon) rinds leaving as much of the white pith as possible then cut or break them into large segments.  Place all ingredients in a juicer and blend well.  Drink this regularly.
