Carrot, beetroot and apple drink
Insufficient Vitamin A can
lead to dry eyes problem. Carrot is
therefore a much needed solution as it contains
carotenoids whereby some of the carotenoids are then
converted to Vitamin A by our body. Beetroot contains 3
antioxidants, beta caretone, lutein and zeazanthin which
are beneficial to eye health. 2 carrots 1 small beetroot 1 green apple
Place all ingredients in a juicer and drink immediately. Drink this vegetables and fruits juice immediately upon waking up and on an empty stomach. Start to eat breakfast only after 1 hour of drinking this juice. Drinking 2 times daily, once in the morning and another time in the afternoon before 5pm can bring you faster results.
