6 cashew nuts

1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into pieces

150 grams avocado, peeled, seed removed and cut into pieces

seedless guava, peeled and cut into pieces

1 apple, peeled, core and seeds removed, cut into pieces

75 grams alfalfa

75 grams bean pea

8 grams each Three Grain Powder (soy lecithin, brewer's yeast, wheatgerm)

10 grams black sesame powder

1 cup cold water

 

Soak cashew nuts in warm water for about 20 minutes or until soften.  Drain. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.  Serve
