Pineapple,  Papaya and Ginger Soother


Both the bromelain enzyme in pineapple and the papain enzyme in papaya can greatly assist with indigestion. Adding ginger aids it further as ginger is also an excellent digestive aid.


medium size pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped

250 grams red papaya, chopped

inch piece fresh ginger


Process the ginger first in a juice extractor, then followed by the papaya and then the pineapple.  Stir well before drinking.
