Juicing Recipes for Hepatitis
Liver Protection Energy Drink
This juicing recipe contains all the essential nutrients to help combat and improve hepatitis and cirrhosis as well as reducing GPT and GOP levels.
4 cashew nuts
10 pieces pine nuts
5 grams wakame (seaweed)
1 apple, peeled, core and seeds removed, cut into pieces
100 grams alfalfa
30 grams lettuce, sweet potato leaf, Gracilaria sp/Red Gracilaria Feeding Algae (long xu cai), chopped
450 grams carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
8 grams each Three Grain Powder (soy lecithin, brewer's yeast, wheatgerm)
5 grams Cyanobacteria
1 cup yoghurt
½ cup cold water
Soak cashew nuts, pine nuts and wakame in warm water for about 20 minutes or until soften. Drain. Place carrot into a juice extractor to obtain carrot juice. Place cashew nuts, pine nuts and wakame into a blender and blend for 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blend until well combined. Serve.
Note: For people who have cold body constitution, it is better to add 5 to 10 cc ginger juice or 10 grams black sesame powder into the drink.
