Fennel,  Ginger and Mint Drink

Ginger is invaluable for motion sickness and has also long been recognized and used as an anti-nausea tonic. Both fennel and mint are carminative herbs that can help soothe nausea and any digestive upsets.  If you are going on a journey, prepare this drink and pack it in a thermos or an airtight drink container to bring along with you so that you can sip it along the way to relieve yourself of motion sickness.

1 fennel tea bag

1 cup boiling water

inch piece of fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint

Place the fennel tea bag into a large mug and add the boiling water, mint and ginger.  Cover the mug and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes or until it cool.  Strain the drink out and drink whenever needed.
