Ginger, Onion, Carrot and Wasabi Drink

This spicy mix is great in achieving good results for sinusitis. Onion is an effective mucus expeller and decongestant although it may be a bit strong in flavor.  Carrots contain beta-carotene which aids in repairing and maintaining the mucus membranes.  Both ginger and wasabi can greatly help in reducing inflammation and clearing the sinuses.

1 thin wedge onion, chopped

2 carrots, chopped

teaspoon wasabi paste

Process the ginger first in a juice extractor, then the onion and carrots.  Whisk in the wasabi, stir well before drinking.
