Pepper, Cucumber and Parsley Juice


The vitamin C in bell pepper is essential for tissue repair and cell growth while the chlorophyll in both the cucumber skin and parsley is effective in healing wounds.  Adding wheat germ oil helps to provide vitamin E which is essential for tissue repair.


medium red bell pepper (capsicum), chopped

1 Japanese cucumber, chopped

15 grams fresh parsley sprigs

teaspoon wheat-germ oil (optional)

Process parsley first in a juice extractor, followed by bell pepper and cucumber.  Then whisk in the wheat germ oil.  Stir well before drinking.
